Jim Prekop

Jim Prekop - President and CEO

Mr. Prekop has a proven track-record of leadership. He has driven sales of application software, the enterprise business process, and professional technology services to Fortune 500 and global organizations spanning more than 20 years. Prior to joining TeraMedica, he worked as a Vice President and General Manager for PeopleSoft, a global provider of human capital, financial, supply-chain, and CRM enterprise software. During his eight years at PeopleSoft, Mr. Prekop worked directly with executives from accounts representing more than $200 million in annual revenue; managed a staff of 57 in a 12-state regional territory; and led the worldwide product launch of PeopleSoft Analytics. During a 14-year stint at Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, Mr. Prekop was fast-tracked through a series of promotions resulting from consistent top sales performance. Mr. Prekop earned both his BA in Finance and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.


Gregory Strowig

Gregory Strowig - Vice President Client Services

Mr. Strowig has over 15 years of professional services, software development, and implementation experience. He spent ten years with Accenture, providing clients with enterprise-wide custom software development, packaged systems implementation, organizational change management, and business process reengineering. During his tenure at Accenture, Mr. Strowig worked in nearly every industry, however, he focused on the provider, payer, and blood-based pharmaceutical segments of healthcare. Some of his health care clients included Kaiser-Permanente, American Red Cross, The Blood Center of Southeastern Wisconsin, Health Alliance Plan, Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee County Health Center, and Bromenn Healthcare. After Accenture, Mr. Strowig was a Partner/Vice President at USWeb (later called marchFIRST), a global professional services firm that focused on developing business strategies and implementing solutions for Fortune 1000 organizations using the Internet.


Mark Wheeler - Vice President Product Developmentexecutives_wheeler

Mr. Wheeler is known for his leadership, strategic thinking and technical knowledge throughout his more than 20 years of industry experience.  Most notably, he spent over 18 years with GE Medical Systems where he served in multiple capacities.  As the Product Manager of their Ultrasound Software and IT Division, Mr. Wheeler led the global product development team, including their operational, service and distribution channels. When he served as the Cardio-Vascular Information Systems Director of Engineering and Systems Engineering Manager, he successfully oversaw multiple deployments in the U.S., Europe and Asia.  As the Americas Manager for Product Engineering and Technology, Mr. Wheeler was responsible for PACS system database development, all DICOM connectivity, and short/long-term storage platforms. Throughout his tenure at GE, he was consistently awarded for his exceptional performance. Mr. Wheeler earned his degrees from the University of Wisconsin and also received a congressional appointment to West Point Military Academy.


Eddy Brown - Vice President Business Developmentexecutives_brown

A seasoned business development executive with more than15 years of experience in healthcare application software sales and sales management, Mr. Brown has a track record of success in high growth healthcare IT companies.  Mr. Brown’s areas of expertise include managing sales teams with a complex sales cycle, maximizing all sales operations functions, developing comprehensive sales and business development strategies and successfully maximizing revenue opportunities to reach annual sales targets.  Prior to joining TeraMedica, Mr. Brown was Vice President of North America Odyssey Sales at Stereotaxis where he was responsible for all sales operations for an emerging cardiology IT video capture solution. Mr. Brown has also worked for Emageon, a company that provided turnkey enterprise imaging solutions for large hospitals and healthcare delivery systems.  While at Emageon, Mr. Brown was frequently promoted based upon sales delivery and consistently meeting large revenue objectives and held the titles of Regional Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Sales Operations.  Mr Brown earned both his B.A. in Finance and his M.B.A. from Auburn University.


Robin Schroeder-Janonis - Vice President Salesschroeder-janonis

Ms. Schroeder-Janonis, with more than 20 years of experience, is a highly organized leader who possesses extensive expertise in healthcare business development as well as complex medical imaging, software and information technology consultative sales.  Her entrepreneurial background lends to experience with market creation, segmentation and formulation of strategies to indentify and secure opportunities. Prior to joining TeraMedica, Ms. Schroeder-Janonis held executive sales position as Vice President of Sales at Exogen Healthcare where she was responsible for securing new business and growing revenue for the launch of an operational intelligence software application – Blue Ocean. Other senior sales positions included Senior Director of Sales for Emageon, Inc.; Regional Manager for Alliance Imaging, Inc.; Account Executive at Nutri-Med, Inc.  Her background consists of both clinical and business for she is a registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) and holds a Master’s in Business Administration for Healthcare Administration from Roosevelt University.


Del Coufal - Vice President Marketingexecutives_coufal

Mr. Coufal has over 20 years of marketing and executive leadership experience within the healthcare technology industry. His expertise includes strategic planning and both upstream marketing (product roadmap and portfolio management), as well as downstream marketing (brand management and overall market development). Mr. Coufal has leveraged this expertise within diverse organizational environments and across many technology classes. Before joining TeraMedica, Mr. Coufal led the marketing efforts for TomoTherapy, Inc., a University of Wisconsin startup company that provided a revolutionary radiation therapy solution. During his time there, he helped the company achieve both significant growth objectives and a successful IPO. Mr. Coufal also has executive experience on the patient care provider side, serving as CEO for Appleton Cardiology, Ltd. Other positions have included: VP of Marketing for VIASYS Healthcare, General Manager for GE Medical - Clinical Information Systems, and various marketing positions for Ohmeda Medical. Mr. Coufal holds a BS from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
