Jim Prekop - President and CEO
Mr. Prekop has a proven track-record of leadership. He has driven sales of application software, the enterprise business process, and professional technology services to Fortune 500 and global organizations spanning more than 20 years. Prior to joining TeraMedica, he worked as a Vice President and General Manager for PeopleSoft, a global provider of human capital, financial, supply-chain, and CRM enterprise software. During his eight years at PeopleSoft, Mr. Prekop worked directly with executives from accounts representing more than $200 million in annual revenue; managed a staff of 57 in a 12-state regional territory; and led the worldwide product launch of PeopleSoft Analytics. During a 14-year stint at Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, Mr. Prekop was fast-tracked through a series of promotions resulting from consistent top sales performance. Mr. Prekop earned both his BA in Finance and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Paul Markham - Vice President Global Strategy & Marketing
Mr. Markham has a proven track record of leadership, driving sales and marketing programs in the medical equipment and enterprise information technology arena. He led complex enterprise scale business accounts ranging from large national government, private healthcare, to the multi-department community hospital landscape. Prior to joiningTeraMedica, he worked as a Marketing Manager in the Global Enterprise Image and Information Technology Solution group at GE Healthcare Information Technology. GE Healthcare is a global provider of enterprise capital, equipment and IT solutions for the healthcare marketplace. During his ten years at GE, Mr. Markham was directly involved in the rebranding of the Centricity line of IT products and was instrumental in the delivery of the Centricity Cardiology Product to the market, thus enabling the heart hospital concept to become a reality. Mr. Markham earned degrees in Engineering, Business & Marketing from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia. Further he earned an M.B.A with merit grade from the University of Newcastle, Australia.
Timothy O'Connor - Vice President Engineering
Mr. O'Connor spent more than ten years at the Mayo Clinic researching, designing, and implementing large-scale digital image archive systems in the Radiology Informatics area. As a member of the PACS Steering Committee, Mr. O'Connor assisted in the formulation of Mayo's Radiology electronic imaging information systems strategies. In addition, he oversaw DICOM and HL7 interface engine development, and participated in projects involving image compression analysis, software development process reengineering, and PACS evaluation and integration. He has presented at both RSNA and SPIE. Prior to his work at Mayo, he served as Director of Technical Services for The Synetics Group, an IBM midrange system VAR, where he managed a team of engineers responsible for more than 300 installations nationwide. Mr. O'Connor holds a BA in Mathematics/Computer Science, an MBA, and is a Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP).
Gregory Strowig - Vice President Client Services
Mr. Strowig has over 15 years of professional services, software development, and implementation experience. He spent ten years with Accenture, providing clients with enterprise-wide custom software development, packaged systems implementation, organizational change management, and business process reengineering. During his tenure at Accenture, Mr. Strowig worked in nearly every industry, however, he focused on the provider, payer, and blood-based pharmaceutical segments of healthcare. Some of his health care clients included Kaiser-Permanente, American Red Cross, The Blood Center of Southeastern Wisconsin, Health Alliance Plan, Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee County Health Center, and Bromenn Healthcare. After Accenture, Mr. Strowig was a Partner/Vice President at USWeb (later called marchFIRST), a global professional services firm that focused on developing business strategies and implementing solutions for Fortune 1000 organizations using the Internet.
Sandra Lillie – Vice President Strategic Accounts
Ms. Lillie brings more than 20 years experience in hiring and developing high performance teams productive in business development and consultative selling of information technology solutions. She has a proven track-record of growing profitable business; securing new engagements, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining loyal customer relationships Before joining TeraMedica, Sandra was the area vice president for Dell’s Healthcare Division – East in the United States. In this role, she was responsible for sales, customer service, support and marketing. Additionally within Dell, Lillie served as director for Dell’s Advanced Systems Group responsible for server and storage sales in the Healthcare and Higher Education division in the United States.
Prior to Dell, she has spent many years in the industry with EMC, Data General and Unisys in a variety of sales and management positions, in support of the healthcare and the public sector. Ms. Lillie earned her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Tennessee where she graduated with highest honors. She resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
