Trevor D'Souza - Chairman

Mr. D'Souza serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, having played a key role in launching the company. He brings a wealth of healthcare information technology and leadership. Mr. D'Souza's career includes experience in management, consulting, and information technology for the biomedical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries as well as related governmental regulatory agencies. He has specialized expertise in the fields of post-market surveillance systems, clinical data management systems, electronic submissions of regulatory information, international harmonization, and internet technology issues for the biomedical industry.

Previously, Mr. D'Souza was the President & CEO of a startup company providing software products and services for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device communities worldwide. Prior to that, Mr. D'Souza was a Senior Program Manager with Booz Allen & Hamilton, Inc., where he was responsible for leading the supplier side of healthcare IT practice. Earlier, he was the Director of Information Systems for McKesson BioServices Corporation, a professional services firm providing specialized support for biomedical research and development.

Mr. D'Souza received his B.S. in Engineering from Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C., majoring in computer science engineering, and his MBA from George Washington University, Washington, D.C., with a concentration in systems theory and cybernetics.

David J. Cooney - Director

Mr. Cooney joined Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company in February 1997. From 1995 to 1997, he worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Smith Barney in New York, specializing in public offerings and mergers and acquisitions for healthcare companies. From 1994 to 1995, he was an analyst at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and focused on privatization opportunities in eastern Europe. Mr. Cooney has served on the board of directors of a number of public and private healthcare service, medical device and healthcare information technology companies. Mr. Cooney received a B.S. in History from the University of Illinois and an M.P.P. in International Finance from Georgetown University

Jim Prekop - President and CEO

Mr. Prekop has a proven track-record of leadership driving sales of application software, the enterprise business process, and professional technology services to Fortune 500 and global organizations that spans more than 20 years. Prior to joining TeraMedica, he worked as a Vice President and General Manager for PeopleSoft, a global provider of human capital, financial, supply-chain, and CRM enterprise software. During his eight years at PeopleSoft, Mr. Prekop worked directly with executives from accounts representing more than $200 million in annual revenue, managed a staff of 57 in a 12-state regional territory, and led the worldwide product launch of PeopleSoft Analytics. Previously, during a 14-year stint at Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, Mr. Prekop was fast-tracked through a series of promotions based on a very successful sales and management record. Mr. Prekop earned both his BA in Finance and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Eric B. Yablonka - Director

Mr. Yablonka has over twenty years of experience in information systems management. He has served as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the University of Chicago Hospital and Health System since 2001. Prior to UCHHS, he was the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the Saint Raphael Healthcare System in New Haven, CT and held other positions at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, University of Nebraska Medical Center and William Beaumont Hospital.

Mr. Yablonka is a Fellow in the Healthcare Information and Management System Society (HIMSS) and Fellow of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME). Mr. Yablonka earned his BS in Business Studies at the State University of New York College and an MBA at Michigan State University.
