Complete Implementation Services

TeraMedica, Inc. will provide software installation, training, configuration consultation and implementation, integration testing support, go-live support, and project management. These roles apply to both the migration effort as well as the Evercore software implementation.

TeraMedica works with its customers to implement its software by performing the following key phases of activity:

• Developing a Project Charter and finalized project plan;
• Determining Software, Infrastructure, and Interface Requirements;
• Designing and Installing the Software Configuration, Interfaces, Software;
• Modifications, Training Plan, and Procedures;
• Testing the Software, Configuration, Interfaces, and Procedures;
• Conducting Training, Preparing for Go-Live / Production;
• Implementing Go-Live / Production; and
• Providing Production Support.

Typically, each project is staffed with at least three individuals:

• A project manager who also consults with the customer regarding the configuration and any interface needs;
• A deployment specialist who is responsible for the installation of the software, implementation of the configuration, training of users and administrators, and supporting the integration testing efforts and go-live activities; and
• An interface specialist who is responsible for implementing the HL7 interfaces with other systems.

 

Comprehensive Training & Technical Support

TeraMedica offers on-site, hands-on training for its customers in either instructor-led classroom or one-on-one settings. Depending upon the configuration of the system, training may be necessary for customer system administrators as well as end users in the imaging departments.

In addition to client support during Implementation, Training, and Data Migration, TeraMedica provides post-implementation technical support. As part of the Annual Support fee, Software Updates/Upgrades and Helpdesk Support are included.

TeraMedica’s standard Global Support Center telephone hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Central Time. Support is available 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week for customers who need to resolve Priority 1 Errors and Priority 2 Errors outside of standard support hours.

Support cases may be submitted to TeraMedica via the online customer support system, email, or via telephone.

These requests are managed through a web-based internal tracking program to ensure clear and prompt response from TeraMedica staff. These requests are viewable by the customer.
